Invert

Also known as: Inversion

What is Invert?

A move in which the head drops below hip height and the legs rise above the head, while holding the pole.

Longer Explanation

An invert is any move in which the body flips so the head is below the hips, usually using the core and a strong grip to control the way up and down.

Inverts are generally considered intermediate-level moves and above, and it is recommended to start them only after building sufficient core, shoulder, and grip strength, and to learn them with a certified instructor.
